Here’s the gist of SB 906 introduced by Senator Mark Leno:
Leno’s bill, SB 906, is called the Civil Marriage Religious Freedom Act. It would emphatically state that faith leaders in California will not face penalties or be arrested if they refuse to marry same-sex couples. The legislation also clarifies that any church that does not sanction same-sex marriages would not lose its tax-exempt status.
According to the Telegraph UK:

Say what you will about this legislation, but I can’t help but applaud it.
Speaking from experience, sexless marriages are horrible. It does nothing but builds resentment and indifference towards the withholding party. You have to realize that after unsuccessfully trying to resolve the lack of sex in a marriage, it’s time to go.
Dennis Hopper is 73-years-old, battling prostate cancer, and has a wife of 14 years. The Envelope reports:
